SYS3 ORG M 89 22xESB missing labels :/ ?

Hey All,

Not sure if this is the right place  :

Maybe more of a rant....

Got my SYS3 ORG M 89 22xESB the other day. It was missing the labels and plastic windows.  Of course this can happen, so I contacted the dealer (after I verified with FT it should be included).

Their reply in a nutshell:

The value of the goods is a few cents as already written.
Sales price and production costs are different. You know its plastic an paper.
You can also make an adhesive tape out of paper.
There are so many options.

Am I now such a PITA to ask to that a 50 EUR systainer has to be delivered as described? FT charges for a separate set of labels + 10 EUR. Yet they disregard it that its just plastic and paper and I should DIY my own solution  [mad]

I offered them to combine it with my next offer, so I would basically pay the shipping cost. At the end they did agree. Yet, it left me with this feeling I'm the one asking/expecting the impossible  [sad]

I'm stunned.

My 1st thought was it comes without, but after reading the page I got some doubts. So I wrote FT and they confirmed its part of the delivery, and also available as an extra  (#204949).

It clearly states: inkl. Abdeckung für Beschriftungsfeld

Which translates to "including labels and plastic windows".

Which country you bought them?

Not to be a pest, but if it says "inkl. Abdeckung fr Beschriftungsfeld" that should be interpreted as "includes cover for the labelling field", i.e.it includes the transparent cover for the paper labels, but not necessarily the labels themselves.

Here in the USA, as a Tanos Dealer, so I can't speak for Festool, the M and L organizer comes with the case and the insert boxes but no labels or plastic cover for the labels.  They will be an accessory though not available last I checked from Tanos USA.

I bought them in Germany. My deliveries had neither labels nor plastic covers. I ordered them separately afterwards.

Indeed from the description you’d think they are included (or at least the plastic covers, as mentioned by hdv). Can’t remember reading that at the time, I never expected them to come with it myself. Maybe they started including them on newer shipments?

I purchased 2 Org M's from Germany, one with 22 containers & one with 6 containers. Neither came with labels or covers. I assumed they were options.

Yeah I’ve bought many of them. They don’t come with labels or plastic protectors. They are add on items.

That's unfortunate the labels and windows are not included, though not surprising.

Another reason I've chosen not to buy into the new systainer system.

I then asked Fesool, what means "incl. afdekking voor etikethouder"

Let me quote here there reply and photo that came with it (I removed the name of the person):

This translates roughly to: pre-folded labels with plastic windows

The picture they attached, makes it even more clear.

So, FT doesn't know what they talk about?  [scared] [blink] [smile]

The thing is, I first asked FT and then went to my dealer.
