Systainer Checkout - Will not accept my Shipping Address

I tried ordering on Friday night, of course after the hours of the help line. No matter how I enter my shipping address on the Systainer USA site it keeps giving me the same error message.

"Shipping not available Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure it's correct and try again, or select a different address."

I'm in the lower 48 and I have had the same address for over 25 years without issue. This is my first time ordering anything from this company. I do have a Shopify account and they have successfully completed 14 previous orders to this address before, including freight. I have also tried ordering each of these items individually to try and figure out if it is somehow related to that. I have tried ordering on my phone, laptop, and desktop all with the same issue. The order total is $256, so I should be able to qualify for free shipping if it would let me put the order through. I plan to call on Monday, but I'm posting here hoping somebody will be able to help out, give me some answers, or share similar experiences.

@GMMicro97 , first, welcome to the forum! Sorry to read about your ordering issues. I am glad to read that you plan on calling them on Monday. I know that this area is called "Ask Festool" but it has been years since someone at Festool has regularly answered or addressed questions or issues here - especially on a weekend.

I am sure you'll get it worked out.

I heard back from them through the chat bot on the site. This late on a Saturday I just had a little back and forth with them and they got my order to go through. Honestly really impressed with their customer service and support.

Yes, SystainerUSA has incredible customer service! Especially through chat. I don't know if it is 24/7 365, but if not then it is darn close to that. And if you don't get someone right away by chat they will get back to you in very short order.
