Systainer dividers

Found these on the Woodcraft website (on sale and on clearance). They work great for storing Ro90 sandpaper in a Sys II. Much better access then the Festool stacking solution that is in a Sys I

No, he is using eight in his set up and it looks like it's in a Sys 2.  Also, keep in mind these are $3 and $3.50 each piece, so Greg has $24 for the setup shown.  I think these aren't a bad deal, especially if you're like me and don't like making fiddly little projects like custom inserts.

They work pretty well for set ups that don't require any exact spacing since you are limited to the increments on the dividers.  I have used then for several systainers. They can be cut if need be. They only stay in place by themselves if spanning the entire width / length with at least two parallel. However a few drops of super glue will hold them to the bottom in other situations.  The two heights can be used together.

No, only eight. But some trimming is required

I was lucky and got them on sale $2.65 and $2.25.  So the SYS II solution was 18 dollars.

wanted to dig this thread up... I see Woodcraft still has them in the dark gray color but any of you know where I can buy the light gray color... they appear to not be in stock on Amazon anymore. thanks

Hey folks....I see the pic and the link, but when you order one, do you just get one divider or is it a pack of dividers like the picture above shows?  The link looks like it's just one of the dividers and not eight like the picture shows.  Assistance appreciated.

Just happenstance. I did quite a few set ups before the T-Locs were available. T-Locs are more convenient. Occasionally something might work out better in a Classic  due to corner or sidewall shape. I have swapped some tools into T-Locs. Some  not, especially if I have the Systainer set up with dividers or custom inserts, or if it doesn't get stacked and latched very often.

Latching a stack is so much easier with T-Loc, but if you carry a heavy stack, the top lid will warp way more with T-Loc.

But most of the hate for the (un)latching the classic systainers comes from people who don't understand that you need to just unclip the sides then slide the top systainer to the rear and have an easy time with the front clips.
