Systainer Variations

My initial thought was to mount 2 1/4" ply onto 5/16 or 3/8 ply.  The 1/4 ply would have slots cut in to fit the clamps.  In yor case you may want to put more dividers and offset the clamps from one row to the next.

Systainer #2 or #3?

I think a #3 is the correct size, I just check the dimension on Amazon 14.2 x 6.8 x 1 inches .  The sys 2 is only 6" deep.  The other thing you could do is flip the clamps up & down alternating

I seen a nice setup on youtube (I think), where the person had an air station set up, with the compressor on top, and drawers for the nailers, and smaller drawers for the brads, all systainer and sortainer of course. See if this link works.          .  Anyway, Someday I would love to have a setup like that. See if you can tell me which ones he used, and I can put them on a wish list.

That is a nice setup.  It looks like a systainer #5 and the 3 sortainers #4 would be my guess.  It could be another sortainer that is NAINA.  You can check out this web site Systainer/Sortainer

thanks Seth, I figured someboby had already done it or seen it. Also I seen you also played a little paintball huh? I dabbled in paintball a few years back. I like your idea about refilling your own co2 bottles, that would be great to use on a nail gun.
