Im just in the process of changing over to T locs. It would be handy to see how the insides are set out for different tools in the new T locs. If anyone has pictures of TS55 , EHL65 and OF1010 in their T locs can you please post them here. I know the base insert could be cut to fit but not sure what to do regards the lid inserts.

My opinion is forget about the lid inserts - just stick them in a box at home somewhere and forget them.

In reality - you'd probably be able to order t-loc specific ones if it's really important to you ... For that point, same with the moulded trays, though a coupe of nips with scissors as them fitting snug.

Bottom line - pretty pic inside lid doesn't upgrade to t-loc well.

No pics from me - it's raining outside and I'm in bed watching the tennis  [big grin]

most if not all of the content pictures in my T-locs are actually from classic systainers, some like the LR 32 sys are even upside down because the new insert had to be rotated.

Naahhhhhh you got me wrong guys I dont mean the card thingamy in the lid obviously Im not bothered about that I just wondered how the bit goes in the lid that holds the tool still on the newer systainers . you know like the polystyrene block that holds the handle of the ts55 when the lid shuts. Anyway I found a video by Brice which shows you can just glue a bit of foam to the lid to do the trick.

Fitting old Festool tool inserts in the new T-Loc Systainers
