Not as far as I can tell. It is an electronic stop, instead of a mechanical ratchety thing that will only wear down over time. So I'm pretty sure that the settings will be more or less what they are now, in a few years from now.
But nowhere in the manual that I saw does it specify torque ranges for given numbers... it's simply a way to roughly gauge how much juice you really need to drive in your screws. And my guess is that there's some variance as the batteries drain due to fluctuations in amperage.
I think that if you want a torque wrench, you should get a torque wrench.
