I was trying to put my new T15+3 drill back in its the case today but found that I could not close the lid. I looked at the picture inside and everything was the same. Tried again still no go, Until...... I turned the charger up the opposite way to the photograph and..... Wallah!!! lid now closes. Does this mean I should
A. always use a mirror when refitting contents,  [laughing]
B. stand on my head when refitting contents, [laughing]
C. See if festool can reprint the photo's for the T15 drills showing the charger in correctly [laughing]
D. Send my drill back and never buy another until the packaging is corrected. [unsure]
E. Don't send it back if Festool Sends me a XL Tee shirt for my pain and suffering [big grin]

thx

None of those ...

The problem is the mains wiring in your house ... active and neutral are obviously reversed in the socket you used the charger. As a result you have reversed the molecular composition of your charger.

There - simple answer  [smile]

one thing i noticed when i first used my LR32 sys was that the content picture on the inside lid was rotated 180 degrees, as you can see here , That must be an error from festool, considering the amount of different parts in there it makes putting everything back in there properly kind of annoying

The insert on that picture is from the old systainer, but
The lr32 is a tloc, thats the difference..!

Wait till you guys see the CARVEX accessory kit - big systainer full of bases and bits ... but do you think they offer any space in there for blade storage ???

i swopped my tloc 1 for the carvex with a Tloc2 with attic lid.. thats where all my blades are.. ( if you just swop it with a Tloc1 attic lid, the carvex doesnt fit
in anymore..  Personally i find it very very dumb, that there isnt a normal place to store the blades in the insert.. maybe a centrotec like box on the right of
the insert ( where there's space for the replacement sole)( witch is in my carvex acc. sys anyways) would have been more Festool like..

thank you, that explains it but it doesn't really excuse it. I don't think they noticed it, otherwise that would be kind of sadistic or just plain laziness.
I'm just mentioning it, i'm not the kind to complain easily. Heck along with the Sys 32 i got a OF1010 set, only when i got home i noticed that the cardboard image on the inside lid had been perforated badly by the router, the foam piece that maintains the router was all warped and crushed, the router had scuff marks on the handle and the outside corners of the systainer were crushed. All this makes me think the systainer was thrown around violently.
Still i would rather keep it than possibly annoying my dealer who has to believe me, i got a nice amount of free accessories with it as usual so i would rather stay in good terms  [wink]
