T15 stops while in use

Hi Guys

For the first time in my Festool life, I can't solve or figure out this issue.

I have a T15 with 4Ah battery. At random intervals while driving in a screw, it will just stop driving. The light works, the battery indicator will show charge, but pulling the trigger does nothing. I have to disconnect the battery and re-insert and then it will keep on working.
I know it's not the battery because I have put in a new battery and it does the same. The connection terminals seem to be clean, so it must be making good contact.

Any ideas???  [unsure]

This is probably not it but is the torque setting real low? The symptoms indicate something more serious but thought I would ask.

Yeah mine Ti15 does something similar.  I will be using it, then i will go to put another screw in and nothing happens. The light etc comes on but it doesn't turn. My fix at the moment is to remove / refit the battery  [huh]

It happens once a week now, when i first got it it was ok. Then it started after a few months.

I am considering sending it in to festool to get it checked out. This doesn't happen with my CXS or C15.

Could be a faulty electronics module.
