T18+3 package options?

Is it really the case that one cannot buy a t18+3 with the extra eccentric and right angle chucks but no battery/charger?  Has this always been the case, or is this a recent limitation in terms of options?

I was thinking about gifting one to a friend and throwing him an extra battery + charger that I already have, but I probably won't do it if I have to buy the entire set with batteries/charger included.

I’m not sure how it’s been in the past but with current offerings it’s bare tool or full set set with batteries.

They eliminated the middle version.  The Plus version, I believe they called it. 

It was without the additional right angle and eccentric chucks but included two batteries and charger.  IIRC.

I have a set of chucks that are brand new if you want them?  Shoot me a PM.
