So I've had my T18 for about 6 months and today while working was having a problem keeping it running. The LED would flicker and then the drill would stop and beep. It appeared at first that the battery was just dead so I swapped to a new one but same issue kept occurring. I threw the first battery on the charger and to my surprise the light turned solid green (more than enough charge on it then right?). That seemed off since the indicator on the drill was showing 1/3 charge left.
To check whether it was just the batteries causing the problem I tried them out in my TSC 55 which worked fine.
Anyone experience a similar issue? I was thinking possibly the drill overheated but I let it sit for over an hour and even trying all four batteries I have the issue didn't go away.
I plan on calling customer service tomorrow if no one here has any suggestions or feedback that will help me solve whatever the problem is. Thanks in advance for any feedback you all have.
