Tagging topics

Is there a way of tagging topics as a favorite?  Every now and again a topic comes along that is worth tagging for future reference.  Search is ok, but it is time consuming to sort through all the topics that had a certain word (there are usually many).  Tagging a topic as a favorite would be an elegant way to find stuff...

I just bookmark it in IE as a favorite while I'm on the thread.

OR you could click the Notify option and be notified of any new replies.

All of your subscribed threads show up under Profile > Notifications and Email.
