Tanos cartridge insert for T-Loc in USA?

I am trying to locate one Tanos 80101021 cartidge insert for T-Loc in the U.S.  It seems that this item is only available in the E.U.  Does anyone have one for sale in USA?

Not the insert, but I noticed that the Tool Nut has this as part of their Tanos range:
