hey, if anyones up for a laugh go over to tanos website and try the van racking configurator, i mean who actually buys this, its looks great but really the price is beyond ridiculous!

does anyone know of a storage solution similar to this but for reasonable cost?

That Tanos stuff sure is ridiculously expensive. Four measly shelves cost over 2700 euro!

Sortimo is very well known for van racks, and a lot more reasonably priced. But not cheap either.

actually just lookin at the sortimo stuff, cant seem to find any pricing as yet...

i didnt look at the website but i imagine you could make them your self . maybe even better  [wink]. and a lot cheaper.

here is what I did in my chevy express 2500, been a year now and everything works pretty good

Me likey, nice job.  What's the 2" pipe for?

The pipe is  for a boom arm that attaches to the mft like this one in the shop
I also keep my levels, a 55" and 75" track for the ts 55 up there, on top of the right are a few bessy clamps and a stair jig, behind the mft are the accessories for it.

I have been looking at that Walko bench for a bit a while ago I like it! Just I have the MFT and 4 trestles in my van some times and its just more money innit! I properly get it sometime in the future as it looks really handy and not to awkward to set up and being able to carry it all in one trip is prefect.  I hate benches which require more than one trip!

these are better than the zarges type as the legs fold inside them and then they clip together, they are 1m wide  and have a nice flat top on them

there nice dean,i also have the alloy stanley folding trestles which are strong  an have adjustable hieght legs,i use them when trimming doors down,i do like the look of them whalco workbenches, how much r they, more money to spend lol, doesnt matter what i buy, clothes, music equipment tools for capentry n joinery, and tiling tools,my money goes quicker than i can earn it lol, just bought a new mft 1080 top and some qwas dogs and rail dogs,so i will be using that more often, there is a couple of little things i want that i have seen on this site, which are..1 a tilt locker for the ts 55 and rail, someone also designed adjustable hieght supports that go on the mft, which enables you to clamp a door to it,also want, the domiplate, lovin the qwas and rail dogs one of my latest purchases,i wont be happy until i have the lot lol, more sweat blood n sacrifice,if anyone can help me aqquire the items listed above,i will treat them to a cyber beer lol.
