I've seen references to Tapatalk on the FOG. I have looked on the App Store site and found it but can't really tell what it's purpose nor real advantage is. Can someone explain what you would use it for on the FOG site?
It's just an app that you use instead of your browser to view and post to the forum. Makes it easier to read because it's scaled to the screen better. Check out their website. https://tapatalk.com/
I use it on all of my devices. At first it was one of the only ways to post photos to the forum. I'm not sure if that's still the case, but that was my main reason for adopting it initially. Also, the flow is nice and I didn't always have to zoom in and out to read posts, etc! There may still be a free version...try it out and see if you like it!
I've already downloaded to my phone. I don't really have any need for an app for my computer, though, that does what this indicates it does. Most sites work just fine on laptops, PC's, and macs. Thanks for all the information.
Sorry I wasn't specific. I don't have it on my computer...I don't even think there's a Mac app for it anyway...I have it on my "mobile" devices! The standard webpage on a comp does perfectly fine!
