The boards I used for this box were the left overs of the the deck in the picture so that was a half a lorry of wood that was delivered to my doorstep. Didn't get to pick and choose with those amounts.

The wood seller (OP-puu here in Espoo) did make very snide comments about people "destroying their piles" by picking and choosing...

I see.

I mostly use Puutoimi in Ylöjärvi and they luckily give me all the freedom to pick what I like. But during our renovation time we had similar situation where a truck drops of it's loads then there's no picking.
