What OS are you using.

I use Macs, I export the the photos in the Photo app to a file I labeled FOG.

Choose the attachments out of that file.

I believe I have the size set to medium.

One of the mistakes that I have made a few times is not that the picture size is too big in terms of Mega bytes but it is too big in terms of height and width expressed in pixels. I can't find what the maximum figures are but I am sure someone knows.

Ok, it was file size. Despite the page saying max is "10,000 kb" (10 megs), the limit is actually 1 meg.
