Not sure how or where to do this, but I just wanted to acknowledge the excellent service that [member=48572]Shane Holland[/member] and the folks at ToolNut have demonstrated. Without too many details, they went above and beyond to make something right that they didn't have to (some router bits). They could have relied on a written policy, but they treated me kindly and respectfully and promptly, for which I'm grateful. It could be the fact that I've now spent $1,235,897.45 with them on Festool products, but maybe that's just my imagination.
