I recently received my OTT Precision Woodworking Square set, which I ordered direct from Woodpecker. It arrived well packaged, however one of the clear "spin lock" tabs that hold the squares to the MDF case was cracked. I emailed woodpecker about it and received a quick reply and apology, and today I received a box with 4 new spin locks as well as the screws. Thats service! THANKS woodpecker.

They are great to work with. I just e-mailed them yesterday asking if I could still add the metric track set to my order for the OTT parallel guide set. Got a response today that it wouldn't be a problem even though the deadline for ordering passed a month ago.
