The Festool Corrugated Cellulose Shiptainer is a multi-purpose container for shipping Festool products.  Unlike Festool tools themselves, the shiptainers are made in various locations worldwide.  Mine was made in Louisville, Kentucky.

The bubble wrap, presumably also a domestic US product, allowed a Systainer 2 to fit snugly while protecting from damage in shipment.  Being nearly a mile high in elevation here, the pressurization in the bubbles increased from the near-seal level manufactuing pressure, and the bubbles make a satisfying "POP" when squeezed firmly.

Unfortunately, the security tape is not the familiar Festool green, and is not quite the same Festool blue as the tools themselves.

I just receive my shipment of (3) sortainers from McFeely's, timed carefully to beat the impending price increases. I was suprised that McFeely's didn't buble wrap them, it was just raw Sortainer against against Corrugated Shiptainer. Ironically, no signs of damage anyways.....
