The Party's Over.....well not yet. Festool Recon Program to end Dec. 14

    As we all know, all good things must draw to an end. So, one of those good things - Festool's Reconditioned Tool Program, will come to and end December 14th at 5PM EST.

I'm sure the was a success for all concerned and I'm also sure there will be another one coming at an undisclosed future date.

Thanks to all my customers for their support and orders placed and I am hoping you found the tools purchased via the Program a worthy investment and a downright good buy.

why is there no link or mention from your website to/of the reconditioned offerings? the only way i can find the reconditioned offerings is through the link off FOG. don't really care but sometimes i try to go straight to your website and find myself back at FOG to hunt down the link.

Festool's Dealer Portal (where dealers can  amomg other things) access, view and order the Recon tools in not workingsince yesterday. And I don't know when it will be up and running, but I am sure Festool is working as quickly aspossible to remedy the situation.
So, until Festool fixes the issue, we are all without access.

Bob et al, the hope is to have our faulty network device repaired by the end of the day which will restore inventory and the ability for dealers to order. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Looks like that Festool network device needs more repair as the real time  recon
tool program is not available again. Hopefully this will be corrected soon.

I'd love to check things out for a last minute order but have been unable to see the updated tool list either on FOG or at bobmarinosbesttools.  Does anyone know why? Shane?
