This is one fantastic day

The first show I did was a Thunderbird Artists show in Carefree AZ. The day before the show the stock market dropped 300 points. That didn't help. I did sell 2 pieces and another when I got back. By the time I paid for pro panels, display tables, an EZ-Up and admission, I'm lucky if I broke even. I did have a great time though. For me that was ok but for other artists that do it for a living, it was a rough weekend. That show is one of the top 10 in the USA from what I was told, so for the others my heart goes out to them. There was some major talent there. So I agree, in a gallery you have your work displayed for more time and you don't have to tend to it.
