Realise this is a US Festool section but after reading about some issues around turnaround I have been pleasantly surprised with Festool UK's after care.  Had a quality issue with my parallel guide which they sorted within days and then an Airstream charger that had issues which they are swapping out. Response time to online ticket for both issues with proposed resolution was within hours so very impressed and happy.

Well done Festool a refreshing change to other companies dealings of late  :)
 
I'm not in the UK, but thanks for sharing some positivity! I'm glad to hear that you had a good experience!

There really isn't a non-USA section. Though USA based the FOG has a very strong international membership presence.
