Realise this is a US Festool section but after reading about some issues around turnaround I have been pleasantly surprised with Festool UK's after care. Had a quality issue with my parallel guide which they sorted within days and then an Airstream charger that had issues which they are swapping out. Response time to online ticket for both issues with proposed resolution was within hours so very impressed and happy.
