Though I'd love to bash the Ti15 at every opportunity, I don't think the Ti15 is to blame here. Those bolts on bicycles can become very tight, a common problem. I had to replace the chain rings from my bike a while ago, and I nor the bicycle repairman could get them loose, whatever we tried. I had to grind them away. A hand wrench with a long handle will give you more torque than most impact drivers can.
On bicycles it is always advised to grease up a bolt's thread before fastening, to make sure you can get them out again later.
100% agree. You should see how long my pedal wrench it!
