I was very happy to recline today but very sad to find out that the hkc insert in the systainer was damaged . My question is do I send whole thing back or can festool send just a new insert ? Also the TID systainer will not open because of mis alignment of the top . And the fsk box was damaged by ups and someone wrote on it don’t keep returning so have no idea where that came from. So I opened the damaged box just to see if all was good and the track had scratches on it that may scratch the saw because it slides on the track .
disappointing after waiting 2 months and wanting t8 use it ever since November when they discontinued the sale of the hkc plus set to inter the new battery and kit
