TID 18 combo with hkc 55

I was very happy to recline today but very sad to find out that the hkc insert in the systainer was damaged . My question is do I send whole thing back or can festool send just a new insert ? Also the TID systainer will not open because of mis alignment of the top . And the fsk box was damaged by ups and someone wrote on it don’t keep returning so have no idea where that came from. So I opened the damaged box just to see if all was good and the track had scratches on it that may scratch the saw because it slides on the track . 😳 disappointing after waiting 2 months and wanting t8 use it ever since November when they discontinued the sale of the hkc plus set to inter the new battery and kit
 
Reach out to your dealer. I've dealt with four different authorized Festool dealers at this point, and all have impressed me with their commitment to service and support. They should be happy to work with you to get replacements for the damaged parts and will tend to do so in the most sensible and straightforward manner (e.g. just replacing a damaged Systainer or insert and not asking you to ship the tools back if they're in perfect condition).
