So I finally got around to playing with my Seneca parallel guides and I knew about using a Woodpecker rule stop to setup the guides quickly. That got me to within half a mm width on a 600mm long scrap board. Being a perfectionist I took a break and came up with this to help. Butt the guides up against each other on the rail, lock them to the rail, set the first guide as normal with the rule stop/rule. Then take a square and butt the second parallel guide stop up against the square. This removes that last bit of slop. Then unlock the second parallel guide from the rail and slide it down and lock it to the rail. Doing this gave me a dead nuts on cut the length of the cut.

Great idea.  Always wondered how to make this dead on accurate.  This is the solution, thanks for sharing.
