I am using a TKS 80 EBS that I got 2nd hand. Everything works fine except for the angular cut. The issue I see is that I can tilt the blade only to approximately 40 degrees + 2 degrees using the fine adjustment. I have already cleaned the endstop from saw dust which did not help. When I adjust the endstop at the rear of the fine adjustment with the set screw, I can tilt the blade to the full 45 degrees while it can still rotate freely but then I am unable to tilt it back to zero degrees. Instead I am hitting another endstop at around 4 degrees. Any advice on how to adjust this would be of great help. Many thanks in advance, Gero

Here's a picture of the endstop and the set screw.

I'm also struggling to tilt my saw to 45 degrees. It has even been serviced once, but shortly after using it a few times, the same thing happened. It refuses to go to 45 degrees and stops at 44 or 43 degrees, and it's simply too inconvenient to send it in for service, so I'm looking for a manual or a video guide on how to adjust it myself or remove any dust that might be preventing it from tilting fully to 45 degrees.
