Tom Bellemare and Tool Home

I know that most of us think of Bob Marino, Timmy C. (Festool Junkie), McFeely's, Woodcraft or Rockler when we want to buy our Festools or other quality tools and hardware.  My experience with them as retailers is excellent.

In the future, I would like you to also consider Tom Bellemare and his company Tool Home.  I made an online purchase there last week and I couldn't be happier.  The updates throughout the purchasing and shipping process were incredible.  The items were received very quickly and in great shape.

In addition, Tom has been a frequent and valuable contributor to this Forum.

This  is something i want to address.

I have a great OUTSTANDING relationship with my 2 local dealers  Gerry at Midwest Woodworkers in Omaha  and Timmy C.  in Lincoln.  I think i can claim to be one of the best served customers anywhere [thumbs up].

But I do want to thank Bob, Tom and Dan (sounds like morning show hosts)  for their dedication to this forum.  There have been several nights when Tom was able to give me direct answers to questions  right then and there.  To the other dealers here this is a Cult-ure  the more you know about these tools the better you can sell them.

I will second the praise for the dealers who participate here.  I was looking for information for a part of post earlier today and I am not embarrassed to say i called Bob Marino.  I have bought some product from him.  He knows who I am.  He congratulated me.  He looked up the information so I could accurately post.  He or any of the other dealers would have done that for anyone I believe.

SO.  You FOGGERS out there please raise a toast to The Dealers WHO Participate.  This toast is for you.

I must agree with you.  There are some dealers who post here just to sell product, albeit often times to notify us of a sale.  The dealers you mentioned also post here and offer us constructive advice.  Those are the guys, along with Timmy C. that I want to do business with.
