Tool registration

Back a few months ago I called Festool and made sure my tools were registered. The problem was they could not find my name . I do know that my tools were registered by the retailers I purchased them from . I lady I talked to at Festool told me that would have been the case .and that Festool was in the process of hiring a person to fix some issue they had with their system . Has this been done and how do I insure my tools are registered. Thx

I just tried to register my PDC drill a few minutes ago and there are still some problems with the registration site.  It basically works, but there are a few bugs here and there.  One of them was that I could not add a new dealer (Festoolproducts.com).
