Unfortunately Scot Both Steve and Allan are no longer with Festool (Im sure you know that) I do however speak and see Allan who is now employed at Anderson Plywood in Culver City.

Maybe the dealer has to figure out how this works. Lots of dealers never get a '30 day return' in years.
