Hi everybody! Just wanted to make people aware of a short article about some of the upcoming Festool products coming to the USA, specifically the Kapex, trim router, and the OF2200. What intrigued me most was the quote "This powerful plunge router is uniquely styled to be held at an angle comfortable to the user".... What does this mean? Has anybody seen pics of the OF2200? Is the motor mounted at an angle or something? Anyways, just thought folks might be interested....

I haven't seen it if it has.  Thanks, Steve.  Does this mean we're getting FOUR new tools on March 1 -- MFT3, Kapex, trim router and OF2200?

BTW, how did you find this?  Looks like Wood magazine planned to add it to their videos in December but never made it (Festool wasn't ready to make the announcement yet, perhaps?)

I would doubt he saw it in Wood Mag.  They don't even include Festool in any of their reviews of existing tools.  their forum site spews nothing but venom if there is any mention of "Festool" anything.
