What tool can I purchase to qualify for this promotion?
The following tools qualify for the TRADE UP promotion:
TS 55 REQ
TSC 55 REB
HK 55 EQ
HKC 55 EB
OF 1010 EQ
OF 1400 EQ
OF 2200 EB
These tools qualify regardless of whether you purchase the BASIC, PLUS, or SET version.
"Do recon tools apply?"
No. Only new tools are eligible for the TRADE UP promotion. This also excludes tools purchased on secondary markets such as eBay and Craigslist. Only valid on purchases from an Authorized Festool Dealer.
What tools qualify for the trade-in?
Any old tool, regardless of age, condition, or manufacturer will qualify.
I just recently bought a tool. Can I still submit it?
Purchases dated from August 1, 2018 to October 31, 2018 will qualify for the campaign.
"Do I actually have to send in an old tool to get the Mastercard?"
Yes. However, Festool will pay for the shipping cost, and the old tool can be any tool in any condition.
"Is there a limit of submissions per customer?"
No.
