This is not so much a problem as an inconvenience so apologies if it is in the wrong category. I just got the tradesman cleaning set today with the 36mm hose. When i opened the box it seemed someone had scrunched up the hose & stuffed it in & forced the lid shut. I removed the hose & took the kinks out & straightened the hose. I put the hose back in by wrapping it around the inside of the systainer but the pressure on the front wall of the systainer was still pushing it out.
Has anyone else had this problem & have they found an easier way to insert the hose. The hose is very stiff when new so i wondered is there a quick fix to soften it up, like leaving it out in the sun or something. If so, i could be in trouble as i live in Scotland & sunshine is limited [sad].
Another thought is to change the hose over with an old 25mm hose which is much more flexible.
Maybee Brice could jump in here as i know he has done a review of this set.
Thanks, Woodguy.
