I recently got a TS 75. So far this summer all my work has required the 75 over my 55. The problem i discovered with owning both saws is they dont seem to be compatible with the same guide rail. The 75 cuts very close to the edge of the rail while the 55 cuts about 3/16" from the edge. To keep my rubber cut edge accurate i would need to replace it every time i switched saws.

Is there any trick or adjustment to calibrate the two saws to align to the same cut edge? Surely others have this problem, i have never seen it discussed here.

I wish i would of thought about posting this question two weeks ago. Maybe i could of won the CXS drill i have been drooling over.

It isn't always adjusting the offset of the blade although 3/16 inch is A LOT!

I think they've now changed their blades to a consistent kerf but a few years ago, different blades had different kerfs.  Not the most well-thought out idea.  Very unFestoolish.
