I have just ordered one of these for cutting an acrylic hi-gloss panel, 4mm thick. Anyone out there used one of these for cutting anything similar?

I've used the similar blade on the KAPEX with great results in 18 mm high gloss acrylic sheets.

Expect to have a nest of shavings at the suction inlet instead of just a bag full of dust.

I expected to get that type of shavings when start using the blade!

I assume my CT will suck it through to a degree?

I've used that blade to cut acrylic with good results.  No problems with dust collection.

Thanks Brice, I'll post some pictures of the job when its all finished.

The acrylic is Red Hi-Gloss. It is going to be used as splashbacks on the wall in a kitchen.  Should look knockout! (Hopefully!)
