Hi. I'm relatively new owner of TS 55 REQ (soon to be swapped for a TS 75). I've been having great results using it with a work table I built from some leftover IKEA shelving supported on saw horses.

I'm wondering if anyone has tried the new version of the Eurekazone EZ-ONE workbench that claims to support universal tracks such as the Festool. (Here's the link http://www.eurekazone.com/product_p/uez-1.htm ) The EZ-ONE Woodworking Center (or Powerbench as it's sometimes called) is an intriguing workbench, but I've tried and didn't like EZ's tracksaw retrofit system that was previously required in order to use this table. Basically, I think this Universal version is their workbench with the bridge modified such that it bolts to the Festool (and similar) track rather than to their proprietary EZ track system.
The Festool tracks have a lot more flex than the EZ tracks for which the EZ-ONE system was designed. I'm wondering if the difference in rigidity will impact the clamping of the track. I worry that without sufficient support the Festool will not ride the track flat but rather more like a rollercoaster. It appears the EZ-ONE bench would require a 75" track. (I currently only have the 55" track that came with the TS 55.)
I have been unable to find any additional information or any reported experiences with this version of the EZ-ONE workbench.
I'm leaning toward adding the Festool Parallel Guide Set and a 75" track with my current setup. It's highly portable, flexible and evolves with my needs. For example I could cut some slots for the Parallel Guides in one side of my table.
