TS 55 REQ Plus 110v weak power

...  The only way to find out is to plug it into a known good supply and if the saw plays up its not the transformer but the saw.

Or another saw into the same transformer, and if they both play-up then is likely the transformer.

Ideally two saws (w/1 being known to be good) and two transformers (w/1 being known to be good) with all four combos:
Saw-A : XMFMR-A
Saw-A : XMFMR-B
Saw-B : XMFMR-A
Saw-B : XMFMR-B
