ts 75 bevel issue

I'm not sure  if anyone else has this problem, but when I lay my ts 75 over for a 45 degree bevel, it does not cut to the rubber on the rail.  I seems to cut about a 1/32" to the right.  I'm not sure if this is the case with anyone else, I only used one of these saws once on another site, it was company owned, and had the piss beat out of it.  We were using it with a long rail and a DULL blade to shoot a straight edge on 8/4 ash. Ummmm, smell the burn!

From what I understand that's not an uncommon problem and I believe there is no fix for it. You can call Festool and see what they have to say for the official answer.

make sure the have the green splinterguard on the saw up not touching the wokpiece

I thought you are supposed to remove the green splinterguard for all bevel cuts??

i suppose it depends how much of an angle you are cutting if it is in the way take it off if no i just slide it up out of the way

thanks for the feedback guys.  First time I've seen "close is close enough" with festool.

I had this same issue and want to post the fix for others if they need it. You place the saw on the table and lay it over so that you are looking at the blade cover side. Then near where the knobs are for bevel adjustment, you will see on the side facing you two very small set screws that adjust the 45 degree stop. Make a test cut on a 2x4 or something and reverse one piece and keep adjusting until you get a 90 degree angle joint from one cut.
