Ok so I posted this in another thread didn't get the answer i was looking for or people were confused to as what I was asking. I bought the ts75 to make some 10 foot dining tables, so I need this saw to cut perfect. I have to take my blade out of square with the base to cut plumb cuts. So what do you adjust your bevel to? The Base, or keeping making cuts on scrap wood? I would I assume that it would have to be from the base but my saw will not do that. Here's a picture of how unsquare I have to leave the blade.

It could be the set screw and pointer need to be adjusted.
Check to see if the base plate is bent.
If the saw is under warranty I'd send it in to be checked and adjusted.
If it is not under warranty, I'd adjust the baseplate screws to achieve square cuts, then adjust the pointer.

Yea I squared the blade with a square first but my cut would be out of wack, the picture is of what i need to do to get the cuts I need. I didn't think it was normal when I called festool and they told I can't square it of the base. Thanks I'll send it back first chance I get.

I have a TS55REQ and, when the 0 degree stop is set correctly, the blade is both square to the base and cuts a perfect 90 degree cut (vertically - square to the two faces). A cut should be square to the edges also, but that is a function of squareness of the guide rail on the MFT or, if not using the MFT, then how the guide rail is set up in relation to the edges.
I'm sure you know all this and, if all of these things don't happen, then I would definitely contact Festool Service to, first ask for their suggestions and, if they feel there is a problem with the saw, arrange to send it back. If it's new it will be under warranty. If they can't fix it to your satisfaction then I would just return for another saw. I would say that what you are experiencing is not the normal operation of a Festool track saw based on my use of the TS55.

@grbms I called they told me to send it back and they will dial it in. I couldn't get it through to the guy that I already did that. Oh well I'll Send it in for repair but I know whats gonna happen they will square up and send it back and The same thing is gonna happen. But I'll give it a try.

The return policy isn't qualified in the sense that it requires you to try service.

I am not sure how the 30 days works...
For me it takes a week to show up.
You may be best of returning it, and then you at least start the clock over again.
Ideally at a shop where you get it all worked out before you reach into the pocket for the magic coins.

Has anybody ever looked at their TS base? Its not planar. You should not be referencing from it the way you do. Look at the photo and then at my exaggerated cross section drawing. I think this is what you are doing. When riding on rail the base touches it in four points. You can identify them by worn out finish. The middle of the base is "concave". A bigger square might not work either.
