Hi

I loaned my ts-75 to a friend for a little project his working on.

And here comes why you should never loan your powertools if you arent observing the work yourself.

He had played around with the bevel 90 degree setting screws and now they're out of whack.

Does anyone have a simple & accurate way of setting both of these screws for a dead on 90 degree?

Im not too tempted to send the saw to festool for calibration...

In Festool's training they will tell you not to adjust those screws yourself.  They said to send it in for that adjustment.  I know on the surface that it seems easy enough, but I guess it's just too easy to rack the saw a little and have them not the set correctly.  The turn around time for Festool service is pretty quick so why not just send it in and let them check it and adjust it?

The op is a little reticent as his smoking router issue was not resolved by festool in finland
