I found a use for all of those PVC ID Card labels that came on my extra systainers.  They were easy to cut for a light friction fit inside the TS55 blade cover window.  A little CA glue and a stack of 4 of them glued onto the back of a larger PVC card was quick and simple.  Now I don't have to use tape anymore  [big grin] (Yes I do have too much time on my hands)

I don’t have a TS75, just its little brother the TS55. What’s the purpose of the hole in the side of the saw?

It is for quick access to the blade retaining screw, but I always used to cover it with packing tape or painters tape just to try and help with dust extraction.

It's Oshlun for aluminum. They sell on Amazon.
