Anyone bothered by a poorly rotating TS55 vacuum port? Screws holding panel over port/blade seem hex (metric) but when I tried to unscrew they were TIGHT and I didn't want to strip. Which would be preferred - use of graphite (dry) spray lube vs. other (WD40) for less risk of residue on work surfaces?  Other fix? Thx

The screws on mine are Torx 15's or 17's and were very tight initially.

Welcome to the forum, Richard. Yes, the fasteners are intentionally tight. Our service department suggests some dry lube to help it turn easier. Personally, I like mine to have a little tension so that if I put it in a specific orientation it doesn't move while I'm making a cut.

It's probably just clogged with debris, Richard. I've fixed a couple of them just by cleaning them.
