TS55 EQ Blade 491952 or 495377?

The blade in my older TS55EQ is part number 491952 (160mmx2.2x20 48T.  I need a replacement blade and it looks as if the part number to order is 495377?  My understanding is that these are essentially the same blade only a part number change.  Is that correct?
