TS55 - what level of "Squareness" to expect?

I have a new TS 55R EBQ-Plus.
I've done a few cuts in 18mm plywood to see how square cuts are and when checking with a square there is a slight unsquareness I can see (along the 18 mm width of the plywood).
How square should I expect cuts to be?

Also, I've noticed there is a small screw (colored green) which appears to be a way to set the 0 bevel but reading here various threads people describe more complex ways to align the 0 bevel. Is it because of different models or because that screw isn't meant for what I think it is?

Yes that is the screw to adjust the saw.

And it won't take much. Count your turns (or more like 1/4 turns) as you go so the you can reference the adjustment.

In that video he is just measuring for square / perpendicular directly on the blade in relation to the plate while making the adjustment with the adjustment screw. Instead of making test cuts or using a square between the blade and bottom of the plate with blade plunged.

Adjustment screws are different because it is a model earlier saw.

And once I set the 0, will it change the 45 degree bevel? Is there a way to set it separately? Is it required or is the saw built in such a way that the 45 is set as exact 45 degrees by the saw construction?

That screw is the front bevel stop, If you set the rear bevel stop to zero, the 45 degree setting should automatically change with it.

Pretty sure the OP is talking about the bevel not being exactly on. As in edge not being square to face.

I'm talking about bevel, and I use the rail doing cross cut and it is clamped to the plywood.
