TS55REQ questions

When using my TS55 it seems like more sawdust then normal is roster tailing from the front of the saw, any ideas?

  It is hooked to a CT36 on full suction. and the bag is less that 1/4 full, I can put a small piece of 3/4 plywood (4x4) at the end of the hose and can pick it up.

Saw is only 2 months old.

What size are the torx on the  blade cover?

Sounds like you are going to check for a blockage. Good call. Sometimes a splinter or shaving will clog the port.  If you are using the Panther blade it might be a clump of large shavings.  The other reason for the dust would be if you are cutting at the very edge of the piece.

I was using the blade that came with the TS55, some of the cuts were near the edge.

Seth, do you know what size the torx are on the blade housing?  Need to buy some of them torx..

I have the predecessor to your saw which has T15 screws.  Spare parts shows them as the same.
