I just received a TSC 55 KEB today and when I checked the blade alignment I noticed it was slightly off. I loosened the two torx screws on the back bevel limit plate and micro-adjusted the grub screw until 90 degrees was perfect. I then snugged the bevel stop plate tight to the spring loaded pull knob and tightened everything down.

When I swing the saw to 45 against the stop the dial reads 44 degrees and I have verified with a combination square. The only way I can get it to 45 is by pulling the stop and manually moving to 45 degrees. Does anyone have this problem? If I move the limit plate over enough so that it automatically stops at 45 then when moving back to 90 I have to pull the knob otherwise it is off. It's as if the channel on the plate isn't quite long enough to satisfy each limit. Is there an adjustment that I'm missing somewhere?

Thanks!

OK so I looked at the current TS 55 REQ and it's basically the same situation. I was mostly able to work around this problem by following a different procedure.

1. Remove the blade cover
2. Loosen the grub screw
3. Loosen both torx screws on the plate
4. Align the blade to 90 (or just slightly over 90 to account for flex)
5. Tighten the torx screws
6. Check 90 degrees and 45 degrees. Neither will be exactly perfect but should be very close
7. Return the saw to 90 and slowly tighten the grub screw until it just contacts the shoe
8. Replace the blade cover and perform test cuts at 90 and 45 to verify.

I'm not sure why this method gets me closer but perhaps it has to do with the grub screw first method is allowing the back of the saw to flex inward too far which really throws out the 45 bevel stop.

I have the same issue with my brand new tsc 55. First I adjusted the tracks to match my new track saw. Next I made the 90 degrees dead on. Now my issue is the 45 degrees only marks 44. Was able to cut dead on 45 however with the aid of a digital angle finder and woodpecker angle square. I searched for a supplement guide however non is found. Have you resolved your issue?
