Hi,
I’m considering buying TSO MTR 18 set for use with table with 20mm holes created with Parf guide system. I’m considering it mainly for angle cuts in both solid wood and plywood. Square and 45deg cuts are easily done with my custom parf mft table.
I dont own a mitre saw, and the main reason for TSO precision triangle over SCMS is low storage space and easy portability because i dont have dedicated home workshop any more. Im a hobbyist and i work at my village propery where i dont leave valuable tools. I do some furniture, kids furniture, garden staf, small crafts..
I think this TSO product with mft top and track saw could replace SCMS in almost all aplications, except maybe cuttig mouldings. Process will be a little slower, but accuracy will be the same.
What are the opinions? Am i right? Or i’ll soon regret not getting a small Kapex KS60 and try to make some space for it at home and carry it every time?
Thank you for your opinions
