Tx10 100mm centrotec bit, where can I get one?

Anyone know where I can get one of these bits? I know it comes in the assembly kit but I can not for the life of me find just the bit and I don’t want to have to buy the whole kit!

And what about TX8?

Somehow this is never included in standard sets. Wall all ABB (biggest brand) wall-mount boxes for electrical outlets have TX8 / SL combi screws.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no Festool brand TX 10 100 mm bit (and also no TX 40 100 mm bit). It’s also not part of any installer’s/assembly package that I know of. Not with the old SYS CE 1-Sort (497628), not with the current SYS3 M 89 ORG CE-SORT (576804) (Would be interesting to see what the dealer linked above delivers/ or if they just cancel the order. In case someone wonders why I also picked the TX 40, it’s because that dealer lists those also …)

There might have been a TX10 100mm bit back when Festool sold the old ‘golden’ colored bits, but if, that was a long, long time ago.

The TX 10 and TX 40 bits included in 576804 are 25mm bits.

There are TX 10 and TX 40 bits available as 50 mm variants. However, once inside the centrotec chuck, they are far from 50 mm bits. …

Kind regards,
Oliver

Go to Chadstoolbox. com, they have a chat box and ask. I can’t imagine they do not have

Chadstoolbox doesn't sell Festool. I think the OP is looking for the
Centrotec feature.

I concur with Oliver...I've not seen that sized bit offered by Festool. Apex offers those sized bits but they are not Centrotec...although they could be modified to work.

You can email him to ask.
But nowhere on the page it says they are Centrotec bits anyway.

Or if you order I can go pick them up 😆

Can also just use regular 50mm or 75mm bit, take a Festool BH 60 CE and glue the bit with some Loctite 222 or 243
