You only have to Google, I got that price from slingers who are a long standing member here. I just looked again and found prices below £350 +vat for the NEW model.

Good Morning

Amazingly only 12 weeks (maybe) ago this deal would have been great. However the combination of a great deal from FESTOOL for us dealers to sell through and recent changes in dealer pricing has resulted in our package now selling for only £348.00 + VAT!

Although it's not good for dealer margins, customers can now get a genuine FESTOOL plunge saw at a very low price. Why buy any other brand?

I paid £450 including vat this time last year for same deal at saw centre Glasgow but there service was crap then went too websters and got my kapex, dealt with Robert and jack and there service was excellent. I'm sure Kev off here buys from yous aswell. Gutted I missed the tool show was hoping too speak too the guys at Makita about another faulty battery [mad]
