I used them for the first time a month ago, the service I got was fine. One improvement on the website for me would be the, item in stock and ready to ship feature,so you know your item is coming....

I totally understand the stock issue, we have found it hard to keep up with stock moving so fast.

We are growing our stock profile on a massive scale, we had £10K in stock in January.....we now have £40K in stock and £50K on route from Germany.

Our customer service level is very important to us, we are a family run business that has grown over the last 19 years based on our service level.

The situation of Festool holding no UK stock has caused us a few delays on delivery, but our aim is to have a stock profile that cover customers needs.

Because our prices are very keen our stock does move at a rate that at some points is hard to plan for, we can encounter times when we have sold 5 units of an item overnight,
and of course thats then got to be delivered from Germany to us, to restock.

All our stock is brand new from Festool UK, no refurbs or anything removed from the sets. The only thing thats maybe different is the prices.
Our goal is to invest heavily into the Festool brand, and sell it at a great price.
